The sibling model of the Zeekr X, the Lynk & Co Z20, will be launched overseas in October. It features a single motor with a maximum power of 250 kW.

Shortly after the launch of Lynk & Co's first all-electric vehicle, the Lynk & Co Z10, news about their second all-electric model, the Lynk & Co Z20, has surfaced online. The new vehicle is built on the SEA platform shared with the Zeekr X. It is reported that the car will debut in Europe in October, followed by its domestic premiere at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November. In overseas markets, it will be named the Lynk & Co 02.

Lynk & Co Z20

In terms of appearance, the new model adopts Lynk & Co's latest design language, with an overall style very similar to the Lynk & Co Z10. The body features sharp, angular lines, and the iconic dual vertical light strips are highly recognizable. The lower bumper has a through-type design integrated with the headlights, enhancing its sporty feel. The overall design sets it apart from many of today's new energy vehicles, creating a distinct contrast.

Lynk & Co Z20

The side profile of the vehicle features a coupe-style fastback design with a two-tone color scheme. The A-pillar and roof extending to the rear are finished in a smoked black, while consumers can also opt for a roof in the same color as the body, giving it a more stylish and dynamic look. Additionally, the new car is equipped with semi-hidden door handles and frameless side mirrors. It also offers a selection of 18-inch and 19-inch wheels in five different styles, significantly enhancing its refined aesthetic. As for the dimensions, the car measures 4460 mm in length, 1845 mm in width, and 1573 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2755 mm, making it quite similar to the Zeekr X.

Lynk & Co Z20

The rear of the vehicle has a strong sense of layering, featuring a full-width taillight design. However, the vertical light strips are spaced more evenly compared to current Lynk & Co models, enhancing visual recognition. The floating taillight assembly adds a distinctive touch. Additionally, the taillights are seamlessly integrated with the rear spoiler, showing great design attention to detail. The inclusion of the spoiler further enhances the vehicle's sporty appearance.

Lynk & Co Z20

The new vehicle is powered by a motor produced by Quzhou Jidian Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., delivering a maximum power output of 250 kW. The lithium iron phosphate battery also comes from Quzhou Jidian. Based on the same platform as the Zeekr X, the Lynk & Co Z20 is likely to offer both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive versions, with combined motor output ranging from 272 hp to 428 hp, providing a robust driving experience. As for the battery system, it is expected that the entire lineup will come standard with a 66 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, with a range divided into three options: 500 km, 512 km, and 560 km, catering to different travel needs of consumers.
